4. Japan Adventure: Kyoto, the Japanese Alps & Tokyo

The island is designated a Blue Zone, because of its high number of centenarians, people living to at least 100 years old due to their unique environment. 10. Food & Wine: A Taste of Bordeaux & Burgundy
