An exclusive new trip to the Tour de France

The Tour de France is widely considered the most prestigious bike race in the world, and this year you could have a front-row seat on our brand-new tour—Tour de France 2020: Provence to Paris Bike Tour.

For the past 116 years in July, hundreds of the world’s most elite cyclists take off on a 21-day circuit around France. The Tour de France is widely considered the most prestigious bike race in the world, and this year you could have a front-row seat on our brand-new tour—Tour de France 2020: Provence to Paris Bike Tour.

The itinerary is packed with experiences geared toward the active cycling enthusiast, including four guided bike rides whose routes were handpicked by members of the EF pro cycling team (you can read up about the team here), watching the end of the 17th stage from a VIP section of the finish line, and exclusive access to see the grand finale in Paris.

For twelve days, you’ll get to experience the excitement as you watch the EF team race to the finish line. To get you ready to shout “Allez!” did you know….

The longest leg ever raced on the Tour de France was stage five in 1920—clocking in at just under 300 miles. While none of the rides included in our tour are quite this long, you’ll have the opportunity to choose routes that match your ability—whether that means heading out into the tranquil French countryside or climbing 6,000 feet into the mountains.

Even though the course changes every year, there’s always one constant component: The Alps. This is arguably the most impressive part of the race—where athletes gain thousands of feet in elevation all while maintaining average speeds of up to 25 miles per hour. And if you’ve ever wanted to follow in their footsteps (tire tracks?) now’s your chance! One of the included rides takes you along the same route that the competitors pedaled up only days earlier.

The race hasn’t always finished on the Champs-Élysées. The location of the finish line has changed a few times over the Tour’s 116-year history, and the finale along Paris’ most iconic street has only been a staple since 1975. On tour, you’ll have a chance to imagine yourself as le champion with a guided bike ride down the famous Parisian boulevard.
