Aug 14, 2014 by The Go Ahead Tours Team

Web Developer Jillian M. traveled through Barcelona, Southern France & the Italian Riviera to take in some of the area’s stunning architecture and impressive landscapes. Here, she shares her five favorite photos from tour.

The Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain

“This is the amazing view of the ceiling of la Sagrada Família—the entire church was so beautiful and colorful.”

Pont du Gard, Spain

“I saw two of our travelers who happen to be sisters, Frederica and Toni, sitting together on the wall admiring the view. It was too adorable not to catch! They were such wonderful people to travel with.”

A gorgeous villa in Cape Ferrat

“This photo was taken outside a gorgeous villa in Cape Ferrat. I loved the beautiful garden along with the breathtaking view of the mountains and water behind it. We all pretended what it would be like to live in one of these lavish villas.”

Cinque Terre, Italy

“When the boat turned around the corner to reveal this gorgeous view of Cinque Terre (also known as the 5 islands), I was in awe. The colorful buildings, the mountains and the clear blue water made this such an amazing site to see.”

Arno River, Italy

“The scenery you see when walking over the Arno River on the outskirts of Florence is just absolutely stunning.”
