*Group members save $125 per person. Offer valid on new group member reservations made between November 1-30, 2025. $99 down valid when enrolling in AutoPay at time of booking. Group Coordinator must reserve six or more new group members between November 1-30, 2025 to qualify for the price lock through December 31, 2025.
The sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico) aged 18 or older at time of entry. Group member reservations made between November 1-30, 2025, will be counted as an entry for the Group Coordinator to win a free place on tour, of up to $4,000 in value. Existing reservations do not count toward entries. The group trip in which the prize is applied must reach six full-paying travelers before the Group Coordinator can redeem it. If the group trip does not have six full-paying travelers confirmed by the Tour Finalization Date, the Group Coordinator must surrender the prize. The free tour must be gifted to a group member and does not qualify for the Group Coordinator’s free place. The group member must reserve their tour by December 31, 2025, and will be responsible for all associated taxes and fees.
Winners will be selected and notified on or around November 7, 2025, November 14, 2025, November 21, 2025, and December 2, 2025. The free tour value may cover the tour plus flights and any optional excursions or an extension. Travel coverage is not included in the free tour and must be purchased separately. If the value of the reserved tour exceeds $4,000, a credit of $4,000 will be applied to the tour balance of the list price. If the value of the free tour is below $4,000 there is no credit for the balance, and the value of the free tour may not be split across multiple travelers. They must also abide by Go Ahead Tours’ standard Terms and Conditions, including cancellation fee structure. Any group member or Group Coordinator who wins and accepts a prize authorizes Go Ahead Tours to use their first name and last initial, as well as their state of residence, in marketing efforts, including but not limited to print and digital materials.
