“I have to say this was a Blessed Trip. We had a tour director who went over and beyond making sure everyone was happy and having the time of their lives. Not only did our tour director make it special, I have to add that the 20 or so people in our group also made it very special! We all got along so well. We became family. I must also include all the local tour guides to this. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the sites they guided us on. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially if it is your first time to Greece. OPA!!!”

“I just can’t say enough good things about our tour of Greece with GoAheadTours June 2 through 10th. The weather was perfect. My husband and I loved Athens, Mykonos, Delos and Santorini! We especially loved Santorini and the little town of Oia, carved out of the cliffs high above the Aegean Sea. The sea was a bright turquoise blue, so clear that I could see my toes beneath the water without foam or debris; I’ve never before been to a beach with so little wind and waves that just gently lap the shore. We loved the hotels reserved for us—the buffet breakfasts were especially wonderful! We enjoyed and appreciated the transportation arranged for us by plane, by bus, and by ferry. But truly our tour guide made all the difference; Helen was so patient, so kind, and so filled with fabulous suggestions for us about how to spend our ‘free time.’ May I mention that our group was the best? We made some terrific new friends. We hope to visit Greece again soon!”

“This was a wonderful trip. The islands were unbelievable. The locals we met were friendly, funny, and very appreciative of the tourists. “This was the first time I’ve done a tour and the first time traveling by myself … Roberto was a GREAT tour guide. Always funny and well organized. He had to make changes to our itinerary because of an impromptu national vote, but it still worked out well. He was also great about organizing additional excursions wherever we went … All of the excursions were very interesting and I enjoyed myself immensely. I look forward to my next tour!”

“The Caribbean Sapphires (a group of 10 ladies) just returned from our tour to Greece. We toured Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. It was truly breathtaking. Each island had its own unique beauty. The food was phenomenal. Every detail from the flights, to the hotels, the bus drivers, the local tour guides, the venues and especially our tour director Dina—she was absolutely amazing. “… The hotel in Athens was nice but the the accommodations on Mykonos and Santorini were outstanding with pools that were memorizing. We were able to spend some down time at each one. The optional excursion on the catamaran for a sunset dinner cruise was unbelievable! …”

“It was a fantastic FAST fulfilled vacation … I saw EVERYTHING! Our tour director Gloria was INCREDIBLE! We did not have to do ANYTHING!!!! … take your free day to go to Oia (take the 250 steps down to the fishing village, jump into the Aegean Sea and off a small cliff if you want, and ride the donkey back to the top! Best day EVER! I will definitely be booking again … “
