Passport & visa requirements

  • In order to enter Italy (and Malta on the tour extension), U.S. and Canadian citizens need a valid passport with an expiration date extending at least six months beyond the date of reentry.
  • We recommend having at least one blank passport page for entry stamps.
  • There is no visa required for U.S. or Canadian citizens.
  • If you are not a U.S. or Canadian citizen, you must contact your destination country’s consulate for your specific entry requirements.

Tour pace

  • You will walk for about 1.5 hours daily across uneven terrain, including cobblestone streets and unpaved paths, with some hills and stairs.
  • Travelers should be healthy enough to participate in all included walks without assistance. Adding optional excursions may increase the total amount of walking on your tour.
  • You should feel comfortable managing your own baggage at times, as well as getting in and out of ferries.
  • If you have any mobility concerns or physical restrictions, please contact our Customer Experience Team.

Transportation & arrival information

  • Round-trip flights booked through Go Ahead arrive in Naples and depart from Catania (or Rome on the tour extension). A Go Ahead representative will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. Please remain in the arrival lounge, as the representative might be escorting one of your fellow travelers to the bus at the time of your arrival.
  • Transfers to and from the airport at your destination are included for travelers who have purchased their flights through Go Ahead. Travelers who purchase their own flights may request airport transfers with Go Ahead for an additional cost.
  • A mini-cruise in Capri and flights between Rome and Catania are included in the price of your tour. (The tour extension also includes flights from Catania to Malta and from Malta to Rome.)
  • All other included transportation on this tour is by private motor coach.

Baggage allowance

  • Airlines have varying weight restrictions on baggage. Some airlines may impose additional charges if you choose to check any baggage; be advised that you are responsible for any such costs.
  • Contact your airline for baggage size and weight restrictions for your flight, but please note that Go Ahead travelers are restricted to one checked bag per person due to storage limitations on motor coaches and other transfers, which may include train connections or flights.
  • One carry-on bag of 45 total inches (length + width + height) is also permitted.
  • Make sure you label your baggage and keep valuables, medication and documents in your carry-on bag.

Clothing & packing tips

  • We recommend packing lightweight, loose-fitting clothing that can be easily layered to accommodate varying temperatures, as well as a light jacket or rainwear.
  • A sturdy pair of walking shoes or sneakers is recommended for sightseeing.
  • You may want to pack dressier attire if you plan to visit a high-end restaurant or attend a special performance.
  • It is preferable not to visit churches or other religious sites with bare legs and shoulders (and entrance may be denied on this basis).

Health

  • There are no major health risks associated with traveling to any of the countries on this tour.
  • At least 60 days prior to departure, check with your doctor or healthcare provider for the latest updates and entry requirements, or visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website at cdc.gov.
  • If you have medication that you take daily, be sure you have enough for each day of the tour as well as any possible delays encountered.
  • If you have dietary restrictions and/or food allergies please notify Go Ahead at least 30 days prior to departure by logging in to My Account and updating your traveler info. To update this information closer to your departure date, please call our Customer Experience Team.

Cuisine

  • Roman food is typically freshly prepared and varies depending on the season. Must-try bites include cacio e pepe (a simple dish of pasta, cheese and pepper) and supplí (a fried rice ball similar to Sicily's arancini).
  • The cuisine of Southern Italy is often what diners think of when imagining Italian flavors—pasta with tomato sauces, olives and olive oil, zucchini, veal and fish are all featured prominently on menus throughout the region.
  • Sicilian cuisine in particular is heavily influenced by Spanish, Greek and Arab traditions. The Spanish brought New World influences to the region in the form of tomatoes, chocolate and maize, while the Arab influence can be tasted in recipes that include rice, spinach, saffron and citrus fruits. Regional specialties include arancini, cannoli and granita
  • For more authentic meals, try local trattorias, small restaurants set away from the main piazzas. A typical Italian meal includes wines and the occasional beer, followed by a few sips of after-dinner drinks like grappa or limoncello
  • On the tour extension, Maltese cuisine is notably eclectic thanks to the islands’ varied history. Dishes take influence from the nation’s tumultuous past—you’ll find Italian, Middle Eastern and even British tastes and traditions on local menus.

Electricity & air conditioning

  • Italy operates on the European standard 220-240 volts and use Types C, F or L plugs with two or three small, round pins.
  • On the tour extension, Malta operates on the European standard 220-240 volts and uses Type G plugs with three large, flat pins.
  • We recommend packing a universal adapter, as well as a voltage converter if you plan on using your own hairdryer or other device without a built-in converter.
  • The strength of the air conditioning in European hotels is often not as strong or as cool as what you might be used to in the U.S. or Canada. When air conditioning is available, it is usually regulated seasonally and controlled centrally by the hotel.
  • Your hotel may provide hairdryers, irons and other small appliances. However, these amenities cannot be guaranteed.

Connectivity

  • Wi-Fi is available in most hotels, though some charges may apply.
  • There is no Wi-Fi on any of the motor coaches.
  • Please contact your mobile service provider for information on roaming charges.

Time zones

  • Italy (and Malta on the tour extension) is one hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and six hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • When it’s noon in New York, it’s 6pm on tour.

Currency

  • You will use the euro in Italy, as well as in Malta on the tour extension.
  • Better rates of exchange are usually available overseas, although it’s worth ordering some currency from your local bank to use when you first arrive.
  • We strongly advise that you take debit/bank cards and credit cards, which can be used to withdraw cash at local banks as needed.
  • You can use most debit/credit cards at ATMs on the international networks Cirrus and Plus, but make sure to check with your home bank about withdrawal fees.
  • Inform your bank and credit card company of your travel plans so that they won’t confuse your international purchases for fraudulent charges.
  • International banks and businesses primarily accept debit and credit cards that work with the EMV chip system. If you do not already have at least one debit or credit card with a chip in it, we strongly recommend requesting one from your bank prior to your tour.

Tipping

  • At the conclusion of your tour, it’s customary to offer your Tour Director and driver a gratuity in local currency. Please keep current exchange rates in mind.
  • We recommend tipping the equivalent of $7USD/CAD to $10USD/CAD per person per day for your Tour Director and the equivalent of $3USD/CAD per person per day for your driver.
  • If applicable, we also recommend the equivalent of $2USD/CAD per local guide.
  • Tips can only be paid in cash.

Purchasing excursions on tour

  • Most optional excursions will be available for purchase while you are on tour.
  • Your Tour Director will only accept cash (in USD only), Visa or MasterCard as payment for optional excursions.
  • Please be advised that if you pay for an excursion by credit card while on tour, it may take up to three months for your card to be charged.
  • Some optional excursions may only be purchased in advance. See page four of your tour itinerary for more information.

From the beginning to the end of this tour everything was top notch. Our tour guide was amazing and I thank her for making our trip so interesting and fun. She truly went above her call of duty to accommodate anything that anyone needed. Our stops were wonderful. All our hotels were well located and clean. Especially loved Taromina plan on returning next year. I highly recommend this tour.

Our Amazing Trip

Kevin and I loved every moment of our tour Sorrento, Rome and Sicily! Sara (Sabra) was an incredible tour director and went above and beyond to make our first trip to Italy memorable. We made dear friends and look forward to our next tour with Go Ahead.

Sorrento, Rome & Sicily

Amazing! Simply amazing! We were taken care of the entire time from the moment we stepped off our (long and grueling) flight. Our tour guide was the absolute BEST. She was so intelligent and went above and beyond to take care of us and help us have the best time. Our transportation was perfect and the drivers are true professionals (as you will see with all the narrow windy roads). I would absolutely recommend this! It was cost effective, safe, educational, fun, and beautiful. I do wish it was longer and that the tours were designed with 14 days. The flights are grueling like i said and some of our companions had luggage lost and got stuck at the airport the day of departure but i think they booked them the next day and put them at a hotel (i believe the airlines workers were on strike.) Go Ahead was great and our guide really was someone who cares about you and your experience.

Hi Nicole! Thank you so much for sharing a review. We’re glad it was obvious how much we care about you and your travel experience! It’s also wonderful to know that your Tour Director made a positive impact on your trip. We will be sure to let her know. Despite the frustration of flying, we’re so happy that you recommend this tour! Please let us know when you’re ready to begin planning your next adventure. Happy Travels!

Sorrento, Rome & Sicily

First of all, I would like to say, the tour of Sorrento, Rome and Sicily was exceptional. The positive things about the tour is the knowledge that the Tour Director has about each place we visited. Our Tour Director was Sara, and she was not only highly educated in Italian history, but a perfect host and guide as well. The places we visited, and had dinner with the group were great. We had a 1/2 day trip to Pompei on our way to Rome that was wonderful. I could have stayed in Pompei all day and still could not have seen everything. The planned dinners were great and a good chance to meet our group. Also, the bus drivers and everyone we came in contact with associated with Go Ahead Tours was wonderful. However, there were some negative things that happened to me and a few people on the tour that were "unforeseen circumstances" and no fault of Go Ahead. The only reason I am going to mention this experience is for future travelers to plan ahead before they Go Ahead with their tours. No pun intended. I was not that happy with the flight arrangements made for me by Go Ahead. I had a 7 hour layover (4 legs over) to get to Naples where I would be driven to Sorrento to meet the bus. When I arrived in Paris, I had to go through a pass port station, and the line took 2 hours, which made me miss my connection to get to Naples. Go Ahead has an emergency number you can call if something goes wrong. I was able to get a flight out of Paris, but would have to go to Rome first and then they would take me to Naples so I could catch the van that goes to Sorrento and our hotel. When I arrived in Naples 1 1/2 hour than I was supposed to, my luggage was lost. I had no luggage or clothes until the next day. BUT in my carry on, I had a pair of jeans, sweater and my medications etc. So I was able to get through the next day. We had a tour to go on that day, and by the afternoon, my luggage was sent to my hotel and all went well. The other 3 people that arrived after me had their luggage lost for 2 days. My advice to you is to take a set of clothes just in case your luggage is lost in your carry on. Also, when I called from Paris and explained to Go Ahead that I may miss the van that is supposed to pick me up and take me to the hotel. The person I spoke with said I would have to take a cab and they would be happy to give me 25.00 dollars toward the cab ride. As it turned out, I was able to get to Naples and the van was there waiting for me and 3 other people that had missed their connection, so I didn't have to take a cab. However, 25.00 would not have covered to the charge from Naples to Sorrento. That is an easy $150.00 cab ride. I feel Go Ahead should pay the fee or have some arrangement for the driver when the traveler arrives at the hotel. I felt it wasn't my fault that I had missed the plane. There was not enough time allowed between the flights for me to get my connection. Go Ahead had made my plane arrangements for me. I arrived late at the hotel, but the group was waiting for me and 3 others before we went to our Welcome Dinner which was very nice. Although it was hard for some of us to experience 110% that evening of fun, because we were wondering when our luggage was going to come. The man at the airport who is in charge of having you fill out your form so when the luggage comes in and they can send it to your hotel, could use some serious customer service training. You can tell he's burnt out on his job! After two days, everyone had their luggage and was happy. The hotel in Sorrento, was nice. Clean, and the service was good. The hotel in Rome was very nice. My friend had to be moved from her room because there was some kind of sewage smell from the outside coming into her room. The hotel was very accommodating and moved her to a better room. The breakfasts in the morning were buffet style and there was always more than enough food to eat. In Rome, you can walk for miles and stay for days and never see all of Rome. The Tour of Rome that Go Ahead puts on, is just spectacular. You heads cannot turn fast enough to see all the history, and ruins throughout the Eternal City fast enough. And then there is the Vatican. Unbelievable. AND Michael Angelo. Next stop was Sicily. Beautiful. Our hotel there was very nice. My friend had to have her room changed two times there too, because of a smell coming into her room. I don't know what was going on with her rooms, but that was one time in Rome and two times in Sicily! A very unpleasant smell in both rooms for some reason. But the hotel moved her to a more comfortable room. While in Sicily, Mt. Etna erupted! The volcano. It was very exciting, and yet it left you with a little suspense of thinking maybe you won't be able to leave. We heard the airport had been shut down for two days due to the smoke in the air. But we weren't leaving until the next day. The day we all arrived at the Catania airport in Sicily, the Air Traffic Control people went on strike! Some of us had to spend the night in Sicily. I was able to get out the next day, however, when I was given my new ticket the airlines only got me part of the way home! There was so much commotion at the airport I just trusted they gave me the right ticket but different flights to get home. My home is in Boise, Idaho, and the ticket just went as far as Seattle. I arrived in Seattle one minute before the ticket counter closed and had to buy a ticket. It was 11;30pm at night. I could not check in until 4am the next morning which meant I had to spend the night in the airport. My plane would leave at 7:10 in the morning. I was exhausted. But I made it home. I was able to get my ticket refunded through the airlines, but it took a few days for me to get through. Go Ahead said they could not refund my ticket. They said they had nothing to do with the airlines. Although they booked my flights for me, so I didn't understand that explanation. Then when I got home and told them what happened... they wanted to know why my route was changed. I told them over and over because of the Volcano and the strike that was going on. Whomever I spoke to, I forget her name, wanted me to take a pictures of my tickets so they could figure out how I got home! The airlines said I would have to go through the Tour Company, and the Go Ahead said I would have to go through the airlines. This was a very frustrating issue for me to get resolved. I finally got a very nice person at Delta, who went out of her way to figure out or I should say understand why I had to buy the ticket in Seattle to get to Boise. Go Ahead kept telling me I had a ticket that went to Boise. I kept telling them, it was cancelled due to the strike. Long story... but it was eventually resolved by the airlines. The journey to and from Europe was crazy. I never want to travel like that again. Loosing luggage, missing planes, Volcano's, Air traffic control strikes, flights cancelled. As I said before, most of the negative things that happened to me were due to "Unforeseen Circumstances." But from this experience, I will ALWAYS take a carry on with me. So when you travel, expect the unexpected! You never know whats going to happen! The positive things that happened on this trip outweighed the negative. I would go on another tour with Go Ahead again. So until the next tour... Happy Traveling to all of you who read this.

Lovely trip

The tour was great, was nice going back to Italy, but..... The main reason I chose the trip was the extension to Malta that was cancelled due to lack of enough travelers. We went anyway. The main problem was the return flight. It was the longest flight ever, 10 1/2 hrs just from Rome to Atlanta, beside the 2 other short trips. It was way too long to be comfortable. I will assume on other trips that I will not choose a trip in which the importance to me will be an add-on opt. excursion.

Hi Mary Anne, We’re glad you enjoyed the tour, but we regret that the extension to Malta was unable to run. Unfortunately, extensions, just like optionals, need a minimum number of participants to run. Regarding your return flight duration, we regret that it didn’t meet your expectations. Our Travel Team always chooses the most direct and logical routing available within our airline contracts. If you have any questions about the routing, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 1-800-597-0350. Thank you very much for your review. We hope to welcome you on tour again!

Enjoyed the journey

This was my firs time with Go Ahead. We have been going to Europe for many years with different tours. On this tour to Rome, Sorrento and Sicily, Go Ahead was wonderful right from the start. One of the reasons I will travel with Go Ahead again is because after the tour, they gave us free time to venture on our own. I also appreciated that we could have dinner at a place of our choice (nothing against the other people on the tour!). I also appreciate the small size of the tours. We met some very nice people and we had a lot of laughs. Our tour director, Paola, was great also. On our next trip, I will definitely go with Go Ahead. Gracia mille. Ciao!!

Hi Linda! We're thrilled that you and your husband enjoyed your time in Italy, and we're honored that you would travel with us again. We're pleased to learn that you appreciated the built-in free time, as we strive to strike a balance between guided activity and independent exploration. It's great to hear that you had lots of laughs with your group and that you felt the size was just right. We will be sure to communicate your feedback regarding your Tour Director to her supervisor. Grazie mille for your review, and we hope to see you on tour soon!

Southern Italy

The trip was a lot of fun and an eye-opening experience. The scenery was beautiful everywhere we went. There were many historical attractions to go to and all the tour guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would suggest to take advantage of as many excursions as possible and trying any local cuisines, you wont be disappointed. Our tour guide, Francesco, was the best. He was always ready to answer any questions, give navigation directions, local restaurant suggestions, and always had a positive attitude. All in all, great trip & tour guide!

Incredible vacation!

First, we had the absolute best tour director EVER!!! Francesco Napoli was wonderful. He was patient, funny, informative, always helpful, bent over backwards to accommodate everyone...and did I say funny? He was hysterical! Every day we waited to hear more stories from Francesco. But on to the trip... The accommodations were excellent. The attached photo is our room in Sicily, the Hotel Caparena on the beach. All were in great parts of town, close to activities, comfortable, quiet, well-staffed, clean, and each location had great continental breakfast accommodations. The itinerary for each region highlighted the most fascinating places and for each tour we had excellent guides. My favorite guide was Anna for the Vatican; she was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour very special. They were all extremely courteous and accommodating. The farmhouse dinner at the agritourismo in Sorrento was the most delicious meal, and the food just kept coming and the wine just kept pouring. I had the best piece of melt-in-your-mouth sea bass there. We were a very fortunate group that happened to be placed in this tour together. First, it was a small group of only 12 people, which made it feel like we were all good friends traveling together. Even on our off times, we hung out together. In fact, toward the end of the trip, we got together to plan our next trip together, and these are people who had never met one another before! And, of course, we're going to ask for Francesco! My only complaint about this trip was that it wasn't long enough. I plan on returning to Italy and Sicily next May and hope to be able to spend a month there. Sicily was amazing. They definitely saved the best for last on this itinerary. If you're undecided about which package to take, I would highly recommend the Rome-Sorrento-Sicily trip. Ciao!

Hi Elizabeth! It sounds like your tour couldn’t have been better! We’re thrilled to hear it. We’re also glad that your Tour Director’s humor and desire to help enhanced your experience. It’s wonderful to know that you found the accommodations to be excellent and that the sites for each spot provided fascinating experiences for your group. We’re pleased that your group really bonded throughout the tour and that you even spent time together in your free time. We can understand how you would feel that this tour isn’t long enough, and we will be sure to pass along your feedback to our Product Development team who designs our tours. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you on tour again!

Great Tour, Bad Flight

I had a wonderful time on this tour and got to see many amazing things. Our tour director, Carmelo, was great and very informative. My complaint would have to be my flight. I had GoAhead book my flight and I had a 7 hour layover in Seattle which turned into an 8 hour layover because the plane was 45 minutes late. The bad thing about the plane being late, was the fact that I only had an hour layover in Paris. So right as I landed, my connecting flight was boarding. I had to find a shuttle, rush through security and customs and then find my gate. By that time, my plane was long gone. Even if my plane would have made it on time, I would have been very close to missing my flight. Of course, I couldn't get on another plane for 11.5 hours! I was very exhausted and cried. I called the emergency number and they told me I had missed the bus to Sorrento, so once I land in Naples, I will have to take a taxi to Sorrento. I was told it would be 70 euros but they'd reimburse me $25. I really wish they had a lounge for me to go to. I was so tired. Well, once I made it to Sorrento, I was unfortunately charged 160 euros which is $180! I was also upset because I missed the group dinner I had paid for and had traveled for 36 hours. I have traveled 2 other times with GoAhead and seem to not get good flights. If you decide to travel with GoAhead, I recommend you book your own flights! I know I will.

Italy trip with Sicily

Overall the tour, the tour guide, and the small group was excellent. However, some improvements need to be made. For instance, the trip from Rome to Sorrento was excessively long. We landed in Rome around noon and arrived at our hotel in Sorrento around 7:30pm. We hardly had any free time to clean up and unpack before heading out to the welcome dinner. The Vatican tour was horribly crowded. Inside the Sistine Chapel we could hardly move. Leaving the chapel was borderline dangerous due to the crowds. At one point we were 6 abreast heading toward a doorway and stairs that, at best, could only accomodate two at a time.

Finding Our Roots

This tour was exceptional! From our wonderful, engaging, charming and enthusiastic Tour Director, Paola, to the accommodations, to the beautiful sights and the best food and wine in the world, we could not have had a better experience. Once again, Go Ahead exceeded our expectations. This trip was especially meaningful for us as we wanted to be able to visit the villages of our ancestors and Go Ahead's extremely accommodating customer service made that part of our adventure easy and hassle free. Thank you again for making our travel dreams a reality.

Tours are just not for us-But Tour Director was great!

Maria our tour guide was excellent. Smart, funny, kind, helpful. Punctual. My dissapointment had nothing to with her as I'm sure she isnt the one setting up the itinerary, or dealing with the flights and hotels. The booking and travel experience was horrible. You had us traveling on multiple legs to get to each destination-such a waste of time and travel. Plus, not accomodating for requests of airport. I was told when we first booked, the only flights available on the return was from Siciliy to Rome, Rome to JFK. Which was a lie because we met other travelers who were flying home to EWR that were on our tour. This would have saved us 2 hours in travel time as we live in NJ, and about 30 minutes from the airport. Some suggestions, be honest with travelers. If the agents would have told me that Go Ahead is only allocated X amount of dollars to book flights, BUT give me the option to choose a flight (less legs) (more direct) that works better for us but we'd have to pay the difference, I wouldnt have minded that. Then, there was the whole situation with airfrance, which of course isn't GoAheads fault, however the way the situation was handled was terrible. The only option Go AHead gave me was to fly to amsterdam , spend the entire day at that airport-and arrive in Naples at 10:00 p.m. After being given options that would not work, I called the airlines myself directly-and they were able to help me immeidately, no issues, no questions. This is my first and last tour. The whole reason why I booked through a tour is to save myself from the stress of dealing with airlines and bookings, which I ended up handling on my own in the end anyway. As far as the tour itnierary, lots of time on the bus. Not sure why they wouldnt start the tour in Rome, and work our way down to Sicily, seems to be the logical thing to do. Plus direct flights. Lots of time on the bus time, not enough time to enjoy the most beautful part of the cities, Ie Cefalu' Taromina, seemed rushed. I could have done without the "wine tasting tour" wasn't a tasting at all, was a mediocre dinner with 3 glasses of wine. My lamb was the size of my thumb-not kidding. Dissapointing, definitely not worth the money. And the tour of the facility was a joke. The guy looked like he was half asleep and ready to get us out. Our hotel in Taormina was the size of a shoe box with no windows. Our friends who we traveled with had ocean view and thier room was the size of penthouse compared to ours. We both paid the same price, this did not seem fair at all. There are so many reasons why I would never book a GoAhead tour again. Unfortunately, I could go on, and on. The sad part is before we left we already reccomended some friends to do the same tour, they are going in March, I am afraid for them. But I have warned them, I hope their experience is better than ours was.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent tour. We are sorry to hear the tour was so unsatisfactory for you. The reason we would suggest using JFK airport instead of Newark for this tour is because for flying from Sicily you most likely will have three flights to reach Newark instead of two flights, which is typical of JFK. We do apologize if this wasn’t made clear to you during your booking process. Additionally on most tour itineraries you are able to choose to book your own flights if you’d prefer. We are glad to hear that the during the Air France strike the airline was able to rebook you to a desirable itinerary. When airlines go on strike Go Ahead will always do our very best to advocate for our travelers and to get the best flight itinerary to get them to tour as soon as possible. However, ultimately airlines do control their own bookings and are able to make exceptions where we unfortunately are often not able to. I assure you that our attention to the quality of our tours and the overall experience of our travelers is of the greatest importance to us. I will definitely be taking your remarks as well as those of the rest of the group into consideration to make improvements going forward.

Bucket List - Italy

Our tour of Italy was well organized and efficient. Our director, Paolo, was confident, competent and professional. The local guides were knowledgeable and proud of their cities. This was a "bucket list" trip for us and it was well worth the expense. I would not hesitate to visit any of the places again, the Italian people were very gracious and welcoming, and I can't pick one place that was my favorite because every place we visited was awesome in its own way. Go Ahead Tours was recommended by a friend of ours and I am so thankful for that recommendation. In addition, we met a wonderful group of Americans in our group. That was an extra bonus!

Almost excellent

My overall experience was very good. I will definitely take another tour with go ahead. The two negative experances I had were having to walk in the rain for our first get together dinner in Sorrento. It was a 25 minute walk to the restaurant. The hotel had buses that could have been used. It did not make a very good first impression. The second was the ride from Palermo to Taormina it took aproxitmetly 3 hours with no air conditioning. It made for a very unpleasant ride. Other then these two incidents the tour the tour went well. I provide these comments to you so you can improve your service and make for an excellent tour.

Hi Anthony, We’re so glad you had a great trip to Rome, Sorrento & Sicily! I appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding these two transportation issues. I apologize that you experienced these problems, and I will be sure to pass along this feedback to our operations department so that it doesn’t happen again. Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions or comments.
