New England

Having been to "old England" last year with Go Ahead we thought we would try "new England" this year. It was a beautiful trip. Go Ahead has an uncanny ability to employ the best tour guides- our tour guide Alan was fantastic. Our group was extremely small and none of the optionals were running- he pulled out his bag of tricks and was able to make it fun for all - Not only that- he was super aware of the special "needs" of certain group members going so far as to walk a seeing impaired member all the way to security when the tour ended and his flight was last. It is people like this who lead the tours who make up for other things which may have been not so great- (some of the hotels were SUPERIOR, and some not so much as an example)

Hello! We’re so glad that your tour of New England was a success. It sounds like your Tour Director was able to provide wonderful insight, as well as plan some fun ‘extras’ for added enjoyment. We appreciate your feedback about his attentive nature and ingenuity. We will be sure to share all your feedback with his supervisor. We are also grateful for your feedback regarding accommodations and will communicate it to our Operations team. Thank you for your review, and we hope to welcome you on tour again!

Best Tour Director

On this Coastal New England Tour we took, we had the best tour director. Rebecca. She was great as was George, the bus driver. The itinerary was great, the bus was very comfortable (it has reclining bucket seats), the two complimentary meals were very good, including the breakfasts, the tours were very informative, the transfers to and from the airport were great. Neither my husband nor I have any complaints whatsoever. This was our first Go-Ahead Tour but I am sure it will not be our last. Our tour had 11 people which I think helped in the overall enjoyment of this trip.
