San Gimignano & Tuscan Farm Dinner - Day 8
Departs in the afternoon (6 hours) - $135 USD
A short drive outside Florence, you'll find San Gimignano, a tiny town notable for its fourteen medieval towers and spectacular, endless views of the Tuscan hills. The town is an art lover's dream, with 600-year-old frescoes to be found in the Collegiata and the Chiesa di Sant'Agostino, but really, San Gimignano is the one place in rural Tuscany that every traveler needs to see once. The town feels as though it's been plucked straight out of the 13th century (with the exception of the freezers in the gelaterias), and you'll enjoy free time to browse the shops, enjoy a glass of wine or lunch, or just wander through the streets. Then, you'll head to a working vineyard, where you'll tour the cellars before a rustic Tuscan dinner.
