Weather
Denmark:
Denmark's climate is temperate, humid and generally overcast. Winters are mild and windy with occasional sun and summers are cool.
Norway:
Summers in Norway are generally mild. The famous midnight sun (mid-May to late July) confuses the weather a bit, and rain should be expected. The coastal areas have a temperate climate, but the mountains have extreme ranges of temperature. Between November and March average temperatures there can get well below freezing.
Sweden:
The sun shines steadily from about May to July, setting for only a few hours a day, and then throughout the cold winter it shines for only a few hours a day. Temperatures can occasionally drop below freezing at any point during the year. August is the rainiest month.
Finland:
Winter temperatures in Finland often fall way below zero and daylight lasts only a few hours, but summers are warm, with the midnight sun shines constantly from May to July.
