Day 1 - Venice
Venice is known the world over as the quintessential city of romance. Get a head start on your tour with an overnight flight to the Floating City.
Day 2 - Venice
After clearing customs a Go Ahead representative greets you and escorts you to your hotel. After check-in, you’ll have time to explore the city on your own. Find a hidden trattoria and enjoy a delicious Venetian lunch. Stroll across the Rialto Bridge or follow alleyways lined with boutiques of handblown glass treasures. Dinner is included tonight.

Day 3 - Venice
Enjoy a second free day in Venice. Alternatively, join an optional excursion to the islands of Burano and Torcello for a different view of Venetian life.

Burano & Torcello
Visit the islands of the Venetian lagoon, a favorite day trip for locals and travelers alike. First travel by water taxi to Torcello, where the story of Venice began. It was here that mainlanders sought a safe haven from invading barbarians. Step inside the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta, whose famous mosaics depict The Last Judgement. The next stop is the tiny fishing village of Burano, where brightly colored homes greet visitors. Wander as you please throughout Burano, and be sure to stop in at the island's bakeries.

Hotel Riviera / Venice / 1-2
The Hotel Riviera is a recently restored historical building facing St. Mark's Lagoon. Located close to the vaporetto stop that takes you straight to St. Mark's Square, the hotel offers wonderful views of Venice. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the veranda, have a drink at the piano bar or browse the gift shop for some of the true gems of Venetian culture.
Extension is available on select departure dates, and space is limited. Please call early to hold your spot. Extension requires a minimum of 10 travelers.
