You’ll find that most cuisine in the game lodges reflects the region’s British colonial influence. Quality is superb with meats, vegetables and fruits from the surrounding area’s farmland.
Nairobi boasts exceptional establishments featuring French cuisine, East African curries, and fresh African fish and game. Always avoid drinking tap water in Kenya.
Use bottled water for drinking and even for brushing your teeth, and be sure the bottle is sealed when you receive it. Bottled water is provided on tour each day. Remember also to avoid any drinks served with ice cubes.
