Round-trip flights arrive in Naples and depart from Athens. When you first arrive in Naples, a Go Ahead representative will meet you at the airport. Please remain in the arrival lounge, as the representative might be escorting one of your fellow travelers to the bus at the time of your arrival.
This tour also includes a flight from Rome to Athens. All other included transportation is by private motorcoach. In your free time, you may wish to explore the cities by public transportation. Rome has one of Europe’s best metro systems, serving all the attractions from the Roman ruins to Vatican City. Tickets can be purchased separately or in bulk and also cover bus and tram travel.
Despite the famed hustle and bustle of Athens, the city’s main attractions are easily accessed on foot. If you do need to use public transportation, however, there’s a brand-new metro system that was conviently completed in time for the 2004 Olympics. It’s now one of Europe’s best.
