Barcelona Sightseeing
Join a professional local guide for this sightseeing tour of Barcelona, highlighting the career and architecture of Antoní Gaudí. A leader of the Modernist architectural movement in Catalonia, Gaudí made his mark on Barcelona most famously with La Sagrada Família (Church of the Holy Family), which you’ll pass by today. Montserrat
Journey to the picturesque ninth-century Monastery of Montserrat, which inspired the composer Richard Wagner as he wrote Parsifal. The monastery's Black Virgin attracts thousands of pilgrims every year. If you're lucky, you might hear the strains of hymns sung by the site's world-acclaimed boys’ choir during your visit.

The building's facade is unique for its splendid original paintings and decorations. The Catalonia Berna is in a privileged location a few meters from Paseo de Gracia and very near Plaza Cataluna. Other places of interest near the hotel include the cathedral, in the heart of the Gothic quarter, the Picasso Museum and the Sagrada Familia.
