Really Fantastic Trip

This was my first cruise through Go Ahead Tours but not my first trip through them. Everything is always inclusive, preplanned, very well organized and lots of fun. On these trips you always see so many historical places, wonderful architecture, fantastic food, and met many wonderful people. Everyone we met were absolutely fantastic. Already planning another trip through Go Ahead to Scotland!

We LOVED the tour!

This was my favorite tour I've taken with GoAhead--and that's saying a lot because we've gone on some wonderful trips!! Every port we visited was different from the one before it which provided a great variety of experiences! Adding the extension in Venice at the beginning of the trip not only allowed us to spend extra time in the most unique city in the world but also prevented us from worrying whether a late flight would cause us to miss our cruise ship! Our triple room on the cruise was very comfortable and the food was delicious! The ship was clean and the staff did an excellent job! We especially enjoyed seeing new and exciting places!!

Italy & Greece Cruise

Loved the Italy & Greece Tour. Especially liked being on a cruise ship going to different islands and never having to pack and unpack! It was a little warm but that was offset by the beautiful scenery. Even though I considered it an active tour you didn't have to take any of the side excursions offered by the ship but just take your own time and leisurely get off ship at each island and do your own thing.

Best trip so far!

I've traveled with EF and Go Ahead for years, but this summer's Mediterranean cruise of the Greek Isles, with stops in Italy and Croatia, was the best so far. Cruising was SO relaxing, and every port was fabulous! The tiny town of Oia on Santorini was breathtakingly beautiful. My favorite activity was "walking the wall" around Dubrovnik, Croatia. That was the best ten euros I spent - spectacular scenes all around. When I look back on my pictures, I can't believe I was really there. My whole group chose the pre-extension in Venice and we were so glad we did. It's my favorite city in the whole world, and we had time to enjoy it.

I feel the tour was a very good value and an awesome experience. We had a lot of fun and the ports of call were increadible! Great tour!

So So Trip

I enjoyed the land tours very much. I did not the like the cruise part. The ship was to crowed and had to many young children. For the amount of people the buffet was too small and many of the people just cut in front. On the bus trips we sometimes had to listen to three or four languages.

OUR BIGGEST SURPRISE WAS THE NUMBER OF EUROPEANS TRAVELING ON THE SHIP. WE NEVER LEARNED WHAT LANGUAGE TO USE WHEN SAYING HELLO.

Italy, Croatia, & the Greek Islands Cruise

Great trip overall. We were not able to see Croatia due to weather (disappointing). Meals were good on the ship not exceptional. Our tour leader (Monique) was the best.
