worst trip ever

Very unpleasant experience with overall handling the trip starting to end. Not clear on instruction on transport ad staffs are not friendly and helpful when you have questions. Very limited guideded tour hours and mostly we were on our own trying to figure out ourselves with very little help from the tour director. Would not recommend at all to anybody.

A Must Do!

Highly recommend for anyone's first trip to Europe! Our tour guide was superb!!! Joely made it that much more amazing!! Love the optional excursions and the free time to just get lost on your own!! Already making plans to do my next goahead tour :)

Grandmother/Granddaughter Fun Time

This tour was everything we wanted. My Granddaughter and I had a wonderful time sharing this experience. It gave her a taste of foreign travel. Our tour director was fantastic and really made the tour the best it could be.

challenging and excited

Pros: It made my life easier that flight tickets and hotels were taken care of. Cons: I was disappointing with notification of cancellation of optional excursions on the first day of the trip. If I had been notified prior to the trip, I would better planned my itinerary on the free days. Also, I felt I was not fully informed about all the transportation options to get to the castles in London and Paris.

We loved this tour

This was our second trip with go ahead and it won't be our last. Going somewhere new and exciting is always fun but can be a bit daunting, especially in cities where language is a barrier. Your tour diectors are the best and make travel anywhere simple, seamless and FUN. Pascal Wilson directed our last trip and made it so much better than if we had gone on our own. His insight into London, Paris and Rome was priceless! WE are already planning our next trip!

I feel very fortunate that I had this opportunity to be on this tour andPascal was our tour director.. He certainly have a wonderful manner of giving us some of the information you have about the tour. It was a wonderful trip I enjoyed London, Paris and Rome. London, Paris, Rome

There was way too much walking on cobblestone & macadam (bricks). The London Hotel was AT the Tower Bridge, loved Windsor Castle, Tower of London was GREAT. A problem with my room so was moved to the best view room. France was beautiful, Speaking fluent French, I got along great. Architecture & Churches beautiful. Rome, most of the business people were rude. If I didn't want to order a certain meal, they would remove my placesetting. Room was terrible, no AC, no fan on inside terrace room. Could hear roof parties all night as it echoed throuout the inside courtyard. Street vendor shopping is great everywhere but if you want the "real" thing, buy them at Duty Free Shops at the Airportts. Got Hermes Perfume for 1/2 price and Prada Handbag 1/3 price in US.

AN EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND A CULTURAL ONE!

I recommend this trip to anyone that wants to experience the beautiful culture of London, Paris and Rome! It's was an eye opener for me since I always dreamed of visiting these countries. I would do it again in a heart beat. Mr. Pascal Wilson, Tour Director was marvelous. Knowledgeable in every aspect of the different countries. It was a pleasure having him as a tour director. I am looking forward to my next trip.

Wonderful European honeymoon

Go ahead tours was the best way to go especially on our first trip ever to Europe. I liked the fact that you could travel at your own pace and had a lot of autonomy regarding what you wanted to see and visit. Having someone organize the transportation and lodging alone made the cost worth it! It relieved so much stress and allowed us to maximize our time on our vacation. Our tour guide,Gino Di Iulio, was so easy-going and gave great advice to make our trip most memorable. He even surprised my new wife and I with champagne and chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon. So thoughtful and genuine! We got lucky with a great group of 46 travelers as well.
