London Paris & Amsterdam Fall 2009

I always said when I retired I was going on a European vacation and that is actually what I did. I wanted to go thru the English/French Chunnel and Go Head was the only tour group that offered the opportunity. Guess what, I have no recollection of passing through the Chunnel, I most have been asleep. I was thrilled to be in these great cities. Go Head Tours handled all the big and small details for our touring and traveling. I felt secure knowing I was being well looked after. It was a trip of a lifetime for me and my compansion. Can't wait to go with GHT again.

Wonderful Trip

This was our first tour vacation. We wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in a special way. The London, Paris and Amsterdam trip was very appealing to us as it would be a trip of a lifetime. We were pleased, very pleased with the flights, the hotels were beautiful and safe. We had excursions planned for us with first class transportation and our tour director went with us making sure that we were all going in the right direction. Our tour had scheduled time for us to visit the countries on our own, my husband and I rented a motorscooter in Amsterdam and rode out into the countryside. What a wonderful, wonderful time we had. We are planning on another tour for next year. Thank you for showing us such a great time.

Great Sampling of Europe

This was an amazing trip, not much time in each city, but it did give us a great idea of local culture and where we would someday like to return to for more exploring.

The tour guide was fantastic, as was the transportation, as were the free and optional tours. The London Hotel was out of the way and we couldn't walk to any places we wanted to go. Pirillo Tours has more centralized and better hotels in Italy. The optional tours were good (except for the Wndsor Tour where me wife's wallet waas stolen and except for our guide, the company did nothing- you should have a toll-free # which can assist victims to cancel and replace credit cards, reach police, etrc. The worst part of the trip (besides the theft)was "schlepping" our luggage in and out of buses, hotels elevators and hotel rooms, at times was outrageous. A few of the older travelers (who overpacked) couldn't handle pushing the several blocks to busses. It cheapened and left a bad taste on the trip. Overall it was a very good trip,

The tour was wonderful. Wish I could have spent more time in each location but time did not permit.
