beautiful country

my favorite part of our trip was the bus into Denali Park. We saw Mt. Mckinley, grizzly bears, caribou, dall sheep...The hotels we stayed at were nice but the scenery was stupendous. I would recommend lots of warm clothes. We were there over the 4th of July and we had to buy more fleece-the temperature was between 50-60 degrees most days. The cruise ship was wonderful and you could be as active or lazy as you wanted. We booked many excursions from the ship but in every town you could buy the trips cheaper from the locals. The one down side to our trip was the airlines. We had so many delays and no explanations for them. Go ahead had no way to prevent these but I will definitely not fly until the airlines have accountability to their customers. Our tour director, Bob, was personable and interesting- we loved him. Thank you for the memories-

A Beautiful State!

This tour certainly met our expectations. The director was excellent, providing useful inforation about things to see and do during our stops at various towns and cities. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the stops during the land part of the tour, snd the cruise was enjoyable as well.

First time visiting Alaska

This trip was flexible from easy relaxation to high energy work out depending on what side excursions you chose to pursue. It was the perfect initial introduction to such a vast area. Then next time you can choose more specific areas and activities to investigate. The choice of optional excursions was exceptional!

Alaska is a must see for everyone

I HAVE ONE NEGITIVE COMMENT The box breakfast is a bummer!! PLEASE with this and all other tours that leave before breakfast- just allot the participants $10 to have breakfast in the airport- WHICH IS WHAT WE ALWAYS HAVE TO DO ANYWAY. …ALL THOSE BOXES ARE JUST LEFT ON THE BUS SEAT! A BAD ENDING TO AN OTHERWISE GREAT TRIP. ....

A must for every US citizen

The one negitive that I must address:…… because it is a very bad ending to an otherwise wonderful tour is the box breakfast the hotel gives you when you leave in the wee hours of the morning. PLEASE with this and all other tours that leave before breakfast- just allot the participants $10 to have breakfast in the airport- …a much better solution to make for a happy ending to a great tour.
