We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Loved Ireland, Wales, Scotland and England. Jim the tour director was great fun and helped me set up a special hike. Only problem was group was a little small and some of the excursions from London had to be cancelled.

Nice but very busy tour

This is our third tour and after thinking about all tours we have done, this was the busiest. I had no idea we would see so many towns in Ireland and England. So nice to see the country and learn all of its complicated history.

Amazing Trip

I really enjoyed rural landscapes of Ireland & Britain. I went with my parents, my sister, and my sister's fiance, and we all had a great time. We went so many beautiful places: the Ring of Kerry, the Lake District, the Highlands, and more. But we also visited some of the most important urban areas in the world: Dublin, Edinburgh, and London, to name a few. Our guide was pleasant, informative, and helpful; he helped us make theater reservations in London, made an extra stop to let us see Hadrian's Wall, and read us poetry on the bus. You hear about the dreaded English cuisine, but even the food was generally pretty good. I highly recommend this tour for almost any type of vacation.

A Journey Worth Taking

Rural Landscapes of Great Britain, Ireland and Scotland is a perfect vacation. There was not one thing we would change about this experience - every day was one to treasure and the optional excursions offered something for everyone. If you want to really see Ireland and Scotland, book this tour!!!

Trip was great - best tour director ever

The trip was very important to me as I had promised this trip to my wife for years. Didn't want to disappoint her. The trip was everything we expected and more. It was made even better by the best tour director we both had ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable, had done a lot of homework on the locales, and continually gave us "the rest of the story" info about a multitude of locations. He was, along with the tour bus operators, very accommodating and met our every need and expectation. The hotels were historical and quaint yet with all the upgraded amenities one would expect. Highly recommend this tour for the beauty of the scenery, the historical content, and for just plain fun.

Wonderful trip

Scenery and tour guide were excellent. My first time visiting that part of the world, and was impressed with the beauty of the country and the local culture at every stop. Fantastic Guiness Beer in Ireland. Much better than you can get in the States. All stops and tours made were great. Only in London for a brief time which was unfortunate. So much to do and see. Would have prefered to stay at a hotel more in Dublin city than on the outskirts where we stayed. Other than that, the whole trip was top notch.
