Once you have begun generating interest, hold a meeting for everyone who is interested in traveling. Go Ahead will provide you with information about the tour for you to distribute. You can even have your own group coordinator business cards — simply request them ahead of time from your Group Tour Consultant.

Once you have several committed travelers, it's time to make reservations before the tour sells out. Encourage members to book early to secure their space on tour!
