What is a Passenger Registration form?
For some cruises, a Passenger Registration form will be sent to you in your welcome package. This form contains information that is required by the cruise lines; please complete the information and return it to us.

When will I receive my cruise documents?
You will receive your cruise documents with the rest of your final documents (flight information, hotels, etc.) approximately 10-12 days prior to departure.

How many dress outfits do I need for the cruise? Do I need a tuxedo or blazer?
Dress codes vary on the cruise ships that we use, and some have a variety dining options that will allow you to be as casual or as formal as you wish. We recommend at least one dressy outfit if you would like to enjoy a more formal dining experience while on your cruise.

Are shore excursions included in the price?
Shore excursions are not included with the cost of the tour. Any excursions offered by the cruise line can be purchased on-tour.

Is there always a Tour Director on the cruise?
In most cases, cruise tours with at least 20 travelers will have a Go Ahead Tour Director. If your group is fewer than 20 travelers, you will have a Tour Director for the land potion of your tour only.
