Tour Consultants promote vacation travel through their passion for sales, attention to detail and enthusiasm for travel. The ideal candidate is confident, quick to identify sales opportunities, has excellent phone skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment. International travel experience and one to two years of sales experience are required.
Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives work directly with customers via phone, email and written correspondence to ensure a top-notch customer service experience for all Go Ahead customers. Customer Service Representatives liaise directly with the Sales, Travel, Operations and Program Coordination Departments to work through any customer inquires. The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
Travel Operations Coordinator
Travel Operations Coordinators play a critical role at Go Ahead, as they work with our sales department, airline partners and others to get our customers from point A to point B. This position necessitates strong organization skills, close attention to detail, a passion for travel and good knowledge of geography. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, enjoys a dynamic and collaborative team environment and possesses excellent customer service skills.
Go Ahead Trainee
Go Ahead Trainees answer incoming customer inquires and conduct sales calls to prospective customers. Successful trainee candidates are energetic, self-motivated individuals looking to join a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales team. Go Ahead Trainees must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills. Flexible schedule and travel experience preferred. Full time opportunities within EF may be available at the completion of the trainee program.
