Re: Vienna, Budapest & Prague

Hi Tiffany! It should take you about nine hours from New York to Budapest. It's an overnight flight, so everyone arrives between about 9am and 12pm. It's a long flight, but definitely worth it, I had an amazing time on this tour. Get excited!

Re: Vienna, Budapest & Prague

Just got back from this tour.  My friend and I would like to spend free time walking in the City, the only optional we joined was Chateau Sychrov in Prague.  This castle is well maintained and worth a visit,  Besides, I really enjoy the classical music performance.  Dinner was 3 courses dinner with your choices of main dish.  It was a very enjoyable evening.

I recommend to extend your stay to Salzburg if possible.

Re: Vienna, Budapest & Prague

Hello all

We (spouse and I) are planning for this tour in May. We would like to know what the size of the group was. and did anyone arrainge to arrive a day early or stay over a day. We are very excited. Our daughter toured with an EF group from her school several years ago and had a great time.

Thanks

Re: Vienna, Budapest & Prague

I'm going on this tour Dec 5th and am looking for any advice on what to do or what to avoid on our free days. Does anyone know anything about the Christmas Markets? I know it will be cold and possibly rainy or snowy, but will I need to pack snow boots?

I would appreciate any tips you might have.

Thanks,

Diane in Richmond
