A personal note from Go Ahead's President

From the desk of Celine Bewsher

Dear Travelers,

We are living in exceptional times.

With the current economic situation, I understand that travel might not be foremost in your mind. We are all feeling the pinch. I’ve also had to think twice about my vacation plans this year, but I decided not to give up my trip to my favorite country—France—because for me, discovering (or rediscovering) new cultures and destinations is not a luxury but a necessity. It energizes me, and shows my daughter that travel enriches our lives. It’s food for the soul!

At Go Ahead, our mission is to break down barriers. And in order to offer the best possible value to our customers, we’ve been renegotiating with our suppliers around the globe—and have been passing these significant savings and discounts directly to you.

So as we continue to tighten our collective belts, I invite you to make an investment in yourself! An investment that will yield rich rewards in lifelong memories and life-enhancing experiences. Not only is travel the best way to broaden your worldview, it’s also a testament to hope and to the desire to learn more about our world and its people. Best of all, you’ll come home with memories that will stay with you forever.

We, at Go Ahead, would love to hear about your travel ideas. Contact us at 1-800-590-1161 or visit www.goaheadtours.com. And I’m always happy to hear from our individual guests! Email me at celine@goaheadtours.com.

Happy travels,

Celine Bewsher

Re: A personal note from Go Ahead's President

I loved your note because it reflects my thoughts about traveling.  The way to connect with cultures of the world is to go visit and participate.  It is my belief that all life is connected in some way.  Traveling is like visiting family that I have never met.  My sister and I are looking forward to visiting London and Paris on the 9-day trip on March 21, 2009.

See you in March 2009!
